They find a way to charge you extra no matter what they tell you One price to make it sound good when you take the van but when you come back that's not the price you're paying . I was scammed out...

Uhaul doesn't care about their customers they change the rental reservation a day before so all of the plans you make to prepare are bs! Don't book online!
