This location is horrible they made a reservation for me to rent a u-haul truck and the lady just call me to let me know she have to cancel because she want to rent the truck to someone else

Worst service ever. No one is ever in the office and no one ever answers the phone and then when you do find the prick that works there he's a complete douche. Thanks for nothing.
