Danny was an excellent customer service rep. The truck I rented online was a 26' truck but, all they actually had available was a 15' truck - that was fine but, I was disappointed the online app...

They were awesome! The truck I reserved was actually there unlike other U-Haul places. Having the truck is very important WHEN YOU ARE MOVING! But they saved the Day! Thank you

Perfect rental experience. Facility was easy to find, Danny's customer service was perfect. I was in and out very quickly. No problems. Highly recommended!
