These guys are as slow and ineffective as anywhere I've ever been. Next time it will be quicker for me to drive across town and get a trailer. They're the WORST!!!!

Reserved an in town uhaul for the same day and I canceled an hour later. I was threatened with a $50 cancelation fee. Which is more than the rental. What a bunch of ******. As of now they haven't...
