I get the location; and rich people in the area... but I'm sorry; $35 to hem trousers is a bit too steep. She is spoiled and arrogant about her clientele. Drive a little farther and save 35%...

Fine if you are willing to pay twice the amount for a typical alteration like hemming a dress. Go elsewhere if you are price conscious. Work product is good.
