Twin Lakes Mobile Estates is a gorgeous age 55+ Manufactured Mobile Home park. Shasta Dam is just two miles from our front gates and the city of Redding is approximately six miles from here. A short drive from here is Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen, Sacramento River, and the Trinity Alps. We are a short 5 hour drive from the California North coast, and a few hours from the Oregon border. If you need to drive to town just minutes away are two hospitals, movies, bowling, arts & crafts events, museum, theaters, art galleries, and churches. We have a year round stream that feeds our beautiful lakes. Fishing and wildlife are just part of the beauty of our park. Our clubhouse is very active; there are cards, bingo, yoga, theme dinners and potlucks. Our pool and spa offer refreshing exercise. When you sit on your front porch and look over the tree and brush covered hills, the beauty and fresh air will captivate you.
