Twelve Oaks

Located in La Crescenta, Calif., Twelve Oaks Lodge is a residential community that offers a range of assisted and independent living options for senior citizens. The community provides housekeeping, linen, home maintenance, food, 24-hour emergency response, care assessment, and health and wellness monitoring services. It offers transportation services and also organizes a variety of recreational activities and programs. Twelve Oaks Lodge is a part of Southern California Presbyterian Homes, which has been providing housing and health care services to senior citizens since 1955. In addition, Southern California Presbyterian Homes operates more than 25 retirement, residential care and assisted living communities, as well as serves over 3,300 residents.
