Great and beautiful community to live. Lots of amenities. Never had a issue here. Those negative reviews obviously came from people who did not obey HOA parking rules and deserved to be towed.

Awful. 0 stars. Rabbits poop everywhere. Gardeners suck. Always leave a mess on my patio. Really strict hoa rules. Tow your vehicle if you live here. One warning a year. Worst hoa rules I've ever...

All the complaints are from renters not following HOA rules. Too many renters. Offsite landlords don't care what renters do. Only about 30% are homeowners, 70% renters. Some packing 5-6 adults...
