Our cycling team gathered 10 people to join many more teams that built thousands of bikes in 3.5 hours. This is a fantastic event for the community and for cyclists to do together off the bike....

TurningWheels for Kids is a non-profit organization based in San Jose, CA, dedicated to providing children with safe new bikes to promote lifelong habits of exercise, outdoor activity, and independence. They offer corporate bike build events, where they bring all the tools and materials for team building activities to your company, as well as bike repair clinics throughout Santa Clara County, fixing around 100 bikes in a day with the help of volunteer bike mechanics.
As a program of Valley Health Center, TurningWheels for Kids aims to distribute bikes to the community through their Holiday Bike Build event. They are committed to supporting quality health and healthcare for all in Santa Clara County, working as an independent, community-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

What a great organization! Such an easy way to make a difference in a child's life. All of Silicon Valley should get involved and donate to Turning Wheels!
