Too many homeless people getting inside the study room to sleep or to listen to music in high volume. This library and the Joyce library at 10th street are the worse. I thought Tully community...

Public employees act like private employees and will treat you like crap. They're also very rude and demeaning to the public, even though they're public servants. Would not recommend.

I tried twice but.... Lunch time should be 12-1pm. Even I arrived at 12:05 there was no lunch already. Wasted too much time. The restroom is so dirty and disgusting. This is the worst branch library.

Inside the library smells. Parking looks more like a small forest of uncut grass. Won't be coming back to any San Jose Branch Library again. Small book collection. Also, the library here is...
