I have almost 45 years experience in a variety of Martial Arts holding 3 black belts and have been teaching for over 25 years.SpecialtiesIf you are looking for a practical approach to real life challenges then check us out. Allen Casselman, I am Teaching an American Self Defense System that I have derived from 30 years of training in: Aikido, Shotokan, Tai-Kwon-do, Wing Chun, Kempo & Aikijutsu. As a result of those experiences I discovered that most Americans just want to learn how to defend themselves and loved one's. So I have settled on the influences of Aiki-jutsu and the passive aggressive means to handle potentially violent situations. I am considering combat classes if there is enough interest.
