This league was started in the Spring of 2013 and has quickly become one of the most popular adult flag football leagues in Los Angeles. It is known for its social media and high level of competition. 8 season games, multiple playoff games, a TUFF Cup Championship game with the trophy going to the winners and their choice of custom hat or shirt, a biannual all-star team, individual season awards, accurate stat keeping and history, recorded player interviews, highlight reels, live streaming games, and so, so much more have made TUFF League Los Angeles the now and the future of flag football. TUFF League games are currently on Sunday Nights at Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, Rancho Cienega Recreation Center in Los Angeles, and Central Park ini Santa Clarita.
