Perfect place for tubing. I would say somewhat crowded but that was expected. Good slopes. Kids can definitely have fun.

Greedy greedy people. We arrived 30 minutes to close and they wanted to charge us full price at $15 per person and an outrageous $20 to park for 30 minutes. Disgusting.

Place is well managed, there are bathrooms and not just porta potties. A little bit pricey, $20 for parking then $10 for each person.
