This review is about the space and the instructor Aras. I haven't had classes with anyone else but I can say that Aras is the instructor for you if you are looking for more than a workout. But...

I have been to many many yoga studios and really did not like my experience here. First off, it is in the Yahoo! Center and doesn't really have that quaint yoga studio feel I am usually going for....

Truyoga is awesome! As the other reviewers stated, it's like a hidden gem. I've never been in a class with more than 15 people and I've been coming here for almost a year. It's in my office...
