The service isn't great. But how nice is it to have sushi made to order right from the lobby of your hotel. Pretty great when you're here on a short overnight and don't have time to go out....

While the chef Jun is wonderful, as he's personable and just generally makes you feel welcome this place is full of long waits (he's the only chef), mixed up food orders and overly expensive...

What? I thought I reviewed Sushi Totoro. Yes, this place is located in the lobby of the Doubletree Hotel near San Jose airport, but forget all that. I think this is a great little sushi spot....
