Living in Balance: Our Integrated Approach From our inception in 2015', we have employed an integrated approach incorporating mental health, medical and holistic wellness addiction treatments, combined with the proven 12-Step recovery and Smart Recovery support groups, generates change and improves quality of life, and fosters family restoration of the clients we serve. Above all, our Living in Balance Model of addiction therapy maintains a person's dignity, self-esteem, and self-worth. Many clients struggling with addictions have lost these positive feelings about themselves; an important goal of treatment is to reestablish these important attributes
