History

True Boss Martial Arts was created to share the knowledge of different martial arts and combine it with intense conditioning programs to achieve extraordinary results! It was established by Erik who is extremely passionate about the martial arts, fitness, and living a fun and active lifestyle. Erik holds a 3rd degree black belt in the Korean Art of Hapkido and has passionately cross-trained in Muay Thai, Kali, and Wing Chun for the last 23 years. He welcomes all students and is passionate about both continuously learning the arts and sharing his knowledge with all of his students! True Boss Martial Arts is a team of fun, focused individuals committed to developing and expressing ourselves through the martial arts.

Specialties

Our training is about exploring and enjoying some of the worlds greatest martial arts! We offer private training and group classes. Our primary focus will be on health, fitness, and real world application of all we learn. With two coaches that are focused and committed to your results, we work as a team to allow faster development of each student physically and mentally. We provide a safe, supportive atmosphere and a superior conditioning program that gives clients a fun and exciting workout that increases cardio, core strength, stamina, weight loss and more! You will get the most intense workout of your life and meet the most amazing people to train with!
