One of the best places to live around UCSB. I love the people that I've met here and the staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends.

Really nice place to just relax. The pool is always in great condition, and there always seem to be a program going on. Love the closeness to the beach, and the open vibes from my apartment.

My apartment was in really bad shape and the desks, chairs, and beds provided are really run-down. Charged me a $800 security deposit and didn't return the money even when I filled out a room...
