History

We opened Triple D Realty after working for franchise-type companies in the industry. We wanted a boutique style company where good old-fashion service was our goal, like in the good old days when consumers could walk into their local bank and they had a local banker to personally assist them with their needs. We want consumers to be able to walk in and be assisted with personalized service for their needs and given the highest quality service without having to pay extra fees. We want consumers to be able to feel they have a place to get their questions answered and all of their residential real estate needs handled without hassle and with peace of mind they have people who want the best for them.

We specialize in residential real estate listings and sales. We have certified short sale specialist agents who can help you with your pre-foreclosure needs. We have lived in Santa Clarita for over 40 years and been in real estate for 20 years. We pride ourselves in good old-fashion service where the consumer and their need is number 1!
