I've often seen this driving range off the freeway and for some reason thought it was part of the Las Positas Golf Course, as they seem pretty close together. But don't think they are affliliated...

$16 for a jumbo bucket of 150 balls. Best deal this side of the Mississippi! And real grass to hit off! Stalls can be a bit narrow would be my only concern.

Grass range all the time, chipping and putting, plus a bunker to practice. For a muni driving range it has everything you need.
