Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your banking needs. The staff they can actually retain are friendly but that is the only positive to this institution.

I managed to fix this by calling in and answering a bunch of security questions - but the fix only lasted about a day. It's doing it again, and of course it's a Sunday - so it'll be the voicemail...
