Letters not received on time from oc tax coll. There is a hold on paying taxes Too early can't pay Too late can't pay

Check in was fast and efficient. Went during lunch time on Dec 6 and wait was not bad, maybe 5 min. The staff was courteous and promptly. The waiting area was clean, well lit, and maintained.

Called this office to ask a question about a supplemental tax bill we just paid. I spoke politely and asked was if we could stop that payment to use another account to pay instead. The woman...

Don't expect any humanity, it's against the law. They aren't concerned if they cause misery. They deliberately create a tax bill that contain tons of information but in print too small to notice....

Ineptitude, corrupt bunch of people. I really enjoyed paying 1.5 times the amount due for extra taxes because of their employees. I had to pay taxes again because they sat on my check for a week...
