TRC is an independent, locally owned company. In 1985, Daniel Todd sought out independence and started TRC. It was never formally announced what TRC stood for, often claiming it could stand for a variety of things he did. Daniel was a general contractor who provided reliable service and extreme quality for his customers. He mastered in a variety of skills including bath and kitchen remodels, deck construction, drywall repairs, dry-rot repairs, structural reinforcement of new tile roofs, attic ventilation and his personal favorite skylights. To this day none of his roof penetrations have leaked. Daniel lived off of referrals. He took pride in all of his work and it showed.

I never said anything about reusing a dyer circuit for a water heater, as the main breaker panel was on the outside wall and required only a very short line to a disconnect to be wired.
