TravelEd, founded in 1978 by Tom Johnsen and Donald Zimring, offers educational student tours to Washington D.C., Williamsburg, and Gettysburg. With a focus on providing hands-on learning experiences, TravelEd aims to bring history and government to life for students in grades eight and above from various California schools.
Through their unique approach to travel as a teaching tool, TravelEd has facilitated over 20,000 students in exploring our nation's capital and historic sites during the Spring Break period.
