Got charged for 2 nights when I only stayed one. :( No refund since I booked through a third party. Only saw 1 employee who seemed to be doing everything.

Had no record of my reservation. Motel seemed totally empty at 5 pm. They questioned me if I had prepaid and wanted me to show it on my cell phone. I couldn't find any such evidence on my phone....
