My mother-in-law paid Transfer America $4,295 in January of 2011 to transfer a timeshare. As of Feb 2012 this was not done. We discovered this when the timeshare billed us for maintenance fees....

Contracted in April of 2013 was told it would take 9 to 12 months to complete to relieve me of my timeshare in Florida a lot sooner if I got all the paper work back within a 2 week time (done)...
