We began growing hemp in 2018 and became interested in the benefits of full spectrum oil from the Hemp plant. This extract must be less than 0.3% by dry weight according to the 2018 Farm Bill. Further rulings by the 9th District Court have upheld that all Hemp derivatives containing less than 0.3% D9 are legal federally and more specifically in the 9th Districts jurisdiction.
