History

Started in 1996 with a duplex in the real estate market, TranAmerica Realty now has more than 40 properties, including single-family residences and 2-4 units. With a high level of skills and professionalism and from his own personal experience, Denny has bought and sold more than $100 millions' worth of real estate and has brokered more than $75 millions' worth of mortgage loans for my clients. Currently TranAmerica Realty is managing more than 50 doors and collecting more than $1 million of rent annually.
