History

Travis Ford started The Perfect Garden with a run-down lawn mower, a hand-me-down weed eater, and a trailer that was going to fall apart at any second. The Lord provided him with so much work, that after 6 months his older brother Sean had to quit his job to come help out. Today, we maintain over 50 properties that belong to local businesses, local families, and local people. Tulare County can count on TPG Properties Inc. for all their property maintenance needs, from lawn care to roof repair.
