Dr. Aronowitz founded the Tower Wound Care Centers at Cedars-Sinai and Santa Monica to provide these advances in a specialty clinic with staff, facilities and doctors dedicated to serving the growing population of patients suffering from diabetic wounds, lower extremity ulcers, post-surgery wounds, traumatic wounds, radiation related and other difficult, non-healing wounds.We are experts in the healing process and understand the factors which affect wound healing.
