I took a free kickboxing class here and loved it! Matt, the owner is super nice, and he checked in on me multiple times. The gym is super clean and huge it even has a second floor and Pickleball....

I've been a member here for about a dozen of years so I think it's finally time to Yelp review them. I'm torn. If I let the secret out about this gem of a gym then I risk it getting overcrowded...

Scarily unsanitary. Insane to spend as much time and effort on renovating their racket ball courts when the slightest drizzle causes the place to leak in seemingly "random" places as an employee...

Loved this gym, just a little too far for me. Owner is so nice! Helpful and welcoming. Kickboxing kicked my behind but it was great!
