Excellent event. Friendly folks at the start and at lunch. It may be challenging for a beginner, but it's a great little ride! It's also good to support a local charity!

Tour de Menlo is an annual cycling event organized by the Rotary Club of Menlo Park in Menlo Park, CA. With multiple route options ranging from 12 to 63 miles, cyclists of all abilities can participate in this well-marked ride that starts and ends at the Church of Latter-Day Saints. The event supports local college students through need-based Rotary college scholarships and also contributes to various Rotary Foundation projects and the Almanac's Holiday Fund, benefiting ten local nonprofits.
Notable updates for the event include downloadable bike routes available via the Ride with GPS mobile app, which provides turn-by-turn voice directions, cue sheets, and maps for all routes. While printed copies of the route sheets and maps are still available on the day of the ride, participants are encouraged to visit the Tour de Menlo website for the most up-to-date route information. Additionally, attendees have the opportunity to reserve a free e-bike sponsored by Pedego electric bikes and receive a discount on bike fittings sponsored by REVOLUTIONS IN FITNESS.
