I bought a Ultra Mobile SIM card with $29 plan and they charged me $54. They should have told me that the starter kit comes with $19 plan, instead they charged me extra. Not sure what happened!

Do not even bother with this place, terrible service. I called in to ask a simple question about their busy hours and the girl who answered was extremely rude. I called the Sepulveda Ave location...
