This is a brief overview of what Dr. Jeanne Ames San Diego Chiropractic Center does. Your initial visit will consist of a complete and thorough History and Examination. We do orthopedic tests,look at your x-rays, range of motion tests, trigger point tests, and muscle testing to check for nerve interference. The reason we do such in depth testing is because the Nervous System controls everything in your body including every cell, tissue, and organ. nerve interference that goes to a body part causes pain. Nerve interference that goes to an organ doesn't cause pain until the organ is diseased or sick. From the testing we can determine if you will be accepted as a patient and/or if further testing is needed. If it is determined that we can help you, we can remove the nerve interference with gentle chiropractic adjustments.
