This place is a total sh** show. Complete amateurs. Damaged shoes, misinformation, unhelpful, inefficient, disorganized, rude. I will never shop with TB again simply based on their CS.

Popped in today for a gift and was pleasantly well since I don't know anything about purses etc I was able to receive help from a very nice sales lady. I believe her name was Linda or Rose hmm....
