Torotea looks like someone took bubble tea and dropped it into the Stone Age. The place has total Flintstones vibes -- concrete walls, cave-like holes, and that whole "modern caveman lounge" look...

I ordered the crème brûlée icemilk with brown sugar tapiochi, and I would definitely get this again 5/5. If you don't like sweet drinks though, this drink probably isn't for you since you can't...
