Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in grief & loss, low self-esteem, anxiety and relationship issues. I work with teens, adults and couples with a variety of life challenges, helping them to find greater hope, healing and wholeness. My approach to working with clients is collaborative and compassionate. I also offer a Spouse/Partner Loss Grief Support Group that meets every Thursday from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm. Do you long to connect with others who are also experiencing the death of a partner or spouse? Being in a grief support group can be deeply comforting and supportive. Other benefits include less loneliness and anxiety, learning new ways to cope and increased feelings of hope.
