Tommy V’s Urban Kitchen & Bar is a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been serving delicious and authentic cuisine for 13 years in Carlsbad. The Montellano family has been in the culinary industry for 25 years and has a passion for creating dishes that are not only delicious but also reflect their cultural heritage. Luis Vidal the head chef, learned how to cook from working side to side with famous Chef and restaurant owner Mr. Tomaso Maggiore and has continued to refine his skills over the years. Every dish served at Tommy V’s is made with the freshest ingredients that are sourced locally whenever possible. The family takes pride in their recipes, many of which have been passed down through generations, and their attention to detail is evident in every dish.
