Redgate Memorial Recovery Center, based in Long Beach, Calif., provides innovative and effective treatments to individuals and families suffering from severe chemical dependency. It is a subsidiary of Behavioral Health Services and is licensed by California s Department of Health Services and Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. Redgate offers detoxification and residential services and is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. A range of programs are provided by the recovery center that include family programs, aftercare and alumni services, referrals to community services, inpatient detoxification for alcohol and other drugs, introduction to self-help groups, trained counselors, nurses and aftercare staff, individually tailored recovery programs, free confidential assessments and community speaking programs.
