History

My first three years in business were in a declining market following a peak in 1989. I learned some important skills during this period. The market started an upswing in 1997, peaking in 2005. Then came the infamous decline until another ramp up in 2012. We seem to have cycles of about seven years up followed by seven down. I encourage all my clients to consider this history when making their real estate decisions.
