History
He met his wife, who is from Hanoi, Vietnam while living in Tokyo, Japan. Hence, the story of Tokyo Meet Hanoi! We don't take things too seriously with the exception of the food that we output. From 18 hours of rolling boil tonkotsu ramen to 9 hour oxtail and brisket pho, the food does not lie. ~JD

Specialize in two cuisines, Vietnamese and Japanese. Serving pho, ramen, street food, coffee and boba smoothies. Sometimes, a surprise daily special will be implemented.
