I will never spend a dollar in this store again! My family and I love Anime and everything Japanese. Went in with my kids to look around and what I got in return was a woman that would not leave...

Went to look for a present for my niece. They have fake squishes. The Asian lady that works there follows you around, she gives you less than a foot of space. Annoying and uncomfortable. 1 star...

I am a huge fan of this chain because I love the variety of collectibles and cute things they carry but this new location was very disappointing not only in variety but mostly in customer service....
