History

The mission of TLC's Institute of Nursing Education is to operate, develop and facilitate effective and efficient programs and services directed toward integrating, involving and validating students to enable and empower them to be successful in their pursuit of self-improvement, self-actualization and intellectual development. Working in collaboration with Academic Affairs and Seven other nursing education institutes, services and programs are provided to support and assist students in achieving their academic, career and personal goals.

TLC's Institute of Nursing Education wants to provide adult learners an education that will last them a lifetime. It's our Institute's belief that education is the key to creating a just, humane, and sustainable community for all people. We offer programs and resources designed to train, educate, and inspire people to become self- sufficient, self- supporting, self- reliant and a more productive member of our community and society. The Courses we offer are all either Approved, Accredited, Accepted and/or Exempt. The TLC's Institute, California Bureau of Private Post-Secondary Education (Exempt), The CNA Program, California Department of Public Health (Approved) 20 days long The LVN Program, California Board of Vocational Nurses (Accepted), 6 months long The LVN NCLEX Review Program (Approved) The RN Courses (AASN & BSN) offered through a Private Regionally Accredited University. 1 year long The RN NCLEX Review Program (Approved) Our courses are a mixture of traditional lect
