I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) working with couples, teens, individuals, and families. My goal is to help my clients work through the fears that are keeping them from reaching their full potential. The place to start is to face that fear head on, and as your therapist, I can help you do that. You can expect to be listened to, understood and respected with me. And though therapy can be tough at times, it should never be demeaning. I will create for you a safe environment so you can find your voice and once again take charge of your life. I work with those who are challenged by: academic pressure, adolescent & teen issues, anger management, anxiety/OCD, communication, cultural differences, depression, domestic abuse, drugs/alcohol use, divorce, emotional regulation, family conflict, forgiveness, issues with trust, loss of friends or support, loneliness, low self-esteem, parenting past relationships, pre-marriage support, previous divorce, religious differences, trauma, workplace stress.
