They're good at what they do and they care. I got 3 new batteries and a fix and a clean for under 80 bucks - much better than the other price points I had seen, especially in that area.

Penny was amazing. Got all my watch batteries replaced AND her technician was able to clean the inside side of the crystal where another "mall" shop said it couldn't be done. It looks brand new....
