History

Although I came to Watsonville, CA in 1984, I began my practice in San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties many years earlier. I have done numerous jury trials and arbitration matters in my career, but I am no longer actively doing contested matters and now work from a home office on consultations regarding legal matters and preparing agreements, trusts and wills. I have an easier going practice now and as I also have lower overhead, I can make my fees easier for people to handle than when I had a full service law firm with a professional staff.

I make available consultations and projects (such as preparing leases, wills and trusts) by FLAT FEE. This means you know going in what you will pay. There are no hourly fees and no time limits for how long you can get your questions answered on a consultation. You get certainty and a low cost. I am making the cost very reasonable as a service to the community. Call and I'll let you know what the cost will be for your needs. I specialize in legal transactions including real estate (purchase, sale, foreclosure, leases, easements, loan structures, etc.), construction law and preparation of Revocable Trusts and Wills. I also do nonprofit corporation related matters. I only see clients by appointment.
