Over priced and items don't last. I've bought a few pair of glasses and as soon as I put them on the little tiny screw comes out...funny thing is I swear they know they are ripping people off...

The kids love the products but the customer service is the worst. They tie up your credit cards and get really in-your-face when you call "customer service". Beware of shopping with them this...

Return/ exchange policy is awful here! If you don't have a receipt you won't get no help, I have clothes with tags it was bought/gifted to me just 3 days prior. I was refused a exchange no options...

Worst customer service. Wouldn't allow us to exchange our shirts for different sizes because there was no tags. I had the receipt and card I used to buy the shirts. Claimed they couldn't "resell"...
