History
The building was built in the 60's so each apartment has enough space for you to live comfortably. One bedrooms are approximately 900 sq. ft. and two bedrooms are approximately 1100 sq. ft. Each apartment is conveniently equipped with central air and heater units. Full sized kitchens include appliances and a dining area. We also have an on-site laundry facility and a swimming pool for those hot Sacramento days.
