History

Tiffany became a doula in 2011 and hosted her first toLabor Doula Training in 2013 where Courtney attended to learn how to become a doula. We met and hit it off right away and have been working togther in some capacity ever since. In 2015 we started our own service company, My San Diego Doula & Placenta Encapsulation. Throughout these years we have served over 300 families! Tiffany began midwifery school in 2013 and Courtney in 2015, Tiffany graduated in 2016 and Courtney is on schedule to finish her program in 2017. We are so excited to continue working together and bring our passion for safe and confident birth to the families of San Diego.

(as senior apprentice midwives under supervision of experienced Licensed Midwives). Experience individualized care with 60 minute prenatals, extensive nutritional counseling, birth at home, birth center or hospital with a midwife by your side, breastfeeding education and support, attentive in-home postpartum visits and newborn care up to 6 weeks of life.
