Tierra del Sol Middle school

Lakeside Middle School is a part of the Lakeside Union School District, which serves over 4,000 students through more than five elementary, middle and high schools. The school provides educational services to students in grades six through eight. Its general academic curriculum includes language arts, math, science and social studies. It offers a foreign language course in Spanish. Lakeside Middle School also operates an orchestra, band and choir. The school offers a range of activities that includes dance, drama, music and physical education. It provides special education classes for gifted and talented students. In addition, it conducts classes in agriculture, industrial arts and computer applications. The school has a parent-teacher-student association that conducts several fundraising activities, including family nights, book fairs and talent shows.
